In some countries, such as Mexico, there are very few laws or restrictions in place when it comes to where to buy steroids. It’s possible to get them in pharmacies without a prescription, and some even obtain them from veterinarians. Keep in mind that while this practice is considered legal in these countries, there are very strict laws that prevent you from carrying steroids across international borders. These penalties often include jailtime and large fines, and they can have lifelong impacts. If you choose to purchase anabolic steroids for sale in other countries, do so safely.

Acne is often present. Acne conglobata is a particularly severe form of acne that can develop during steroid abuse or even after the drug has been discontinued. Infections are a common side effect of steroid abuse because of needle sharing and unsanitary techniques used when injecting the drugs into the skin. These are similar risks to IV drug abusers with increased potential to acquire blood-borne infections such as hepatitis and HIV/AIDS . Skin abscesses may occur at injection sites and may spread to other organs of the body. Endocarditis or an infection of the heart valves is not uncommon.

hey ali, been following ur blog for sometime now. have to say it is one of the best out there. congrats, great job done! wanted ur opinion on a quick thing. am in the process of a body recomp, trying to cut fat & put on muscle at the same time. doing IF on 3 cutting days, eating below maintenance calories, adding a quick HIIT sprint routine. on 3 bulking days – doing a 14 hour IF instead of 16 hrs, no cardio, strength training, + eating above maintenance calories and proteins. focusing on compound movements in the strength training (low reps high weight). how does this look to you? the progress is painfully slow. extremely slow results. but 2 months into it now & can see fat getting cut and muscle getting added. what would u change in this?

Yesterday I had a discussion with a friend. He said that consuming proteins and amino-acids is different. He said that those who grow muscles would agree on that. I wanted to argue against that statement, but I lacked arguments... As far as I know, amino-acids are part of proteins. So, when proteins go to our body with food, we digest it and make amino-acids. Then they can form any kind of proteins we need. The same would happen when consuming amino-acids directly, not in protein form. Maybe then the process would be faster. But from my point of view, there is no much of a difference. Could anyone please give me a more sound opinion on why is consuming proteins and amino-acids different, if it is?

If you are considering a protein blend vs whey, the best protein blends will provide you with a well-rounded and balanced protein profile. Conversely, while whey protein alone is incredibly fast-acting and gives your body immediate fuel for strength, energy, and significant muscle growth, you’ll need to take if often if you want to keep the protein in your body balanced throughout the day. Blends that contain casein or other longer-acting proteins are dosed two or three times per day and keep a steady stream of proteins in your blood around the clock, which aids in recovery and facilitates muscle growth even as you sleep.
