Clonazepam's primary mechanism of action is the modulation of GABA function in the brain, by the benzodiazepine receptor, located on GABA A receptors , which, in turn, leads to enhanced GABAergic inhibition of neuronal firing. Benzodiazepines do not replace GABA, but instead enhance the effect of GABA at the GABA A receptor by increasing the opening frequency of chloride ion channels, which leads to an increase in GABA's inhibitory effects and resultant central nervous system depression. In addition, clonazepam decreases the utilization of 5-HT (serotonin) by neurons and has been shown to bind tightly to central-type benzodiazepine receptors. Because clonazepam is effective in low milligram doses ( mg clonazepam = 10 mg diazepam), it is said to be among the class of "highly potent" benzodiazepines . The anticonvulsant properties of benzodiazepines are due to the enhancement of synaptic GABA responses, and the inhibition of sustained, high-frequency repetitive firing.
So, all that being said, should you buy it? Well, do you have the need? The need for speed? If so, then you’re not going to find a faster camera out there. The A9 costs $4,500 for the body alone. While that’s cheaper than the Canon 1DX or the Nikon D5, unless you really, really need to be able to shoot fast-moving objects, then you’re probably better off with one of Sony’s A7 series cameras (get the mark II versions). These are also full-frame, mirrorless cameras that take excellent pics, they just aren’t as fast. But if you’re a budding sports photographer and you aren’t already heavily invested in glass from another manufacturer, the Sony A9 is incredible in so many ways.
Of course, it’s the increasing volume of success stories that is driving the demand for HGH through the roof. Justin Hull played college football in Connecticut and tore his ACL in his last year of eligibility. In 2008, he had surgery to repair his right knee and received a doctor’s prescription to inject himself with HGH after the surgery. Afterward, his body healed fast and Justin found the increased energy and endurance that typically accompanies a boost in growth hormone levels. After injecting himself with 2cc of HGH each day over a six-month period and working out twice a day, Justin says he bulked up from 215 to 235 pounds and saw increases in areas he wasn’t specifically seeking improvement in.
